采用Anderson-Hynes’肾盂成形术治疗小儿先天性肾盂输尿管交界处梗阻;解除了梗阻,保留了患肾。对支架管与肾造瘘管进行改造,提高治疗效果。本文介绍早期诊断、治疗及注意事项。
Anderson-Hynes’ pyeloplasty was used to treat pediatric congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction; the obstruction was relieved and the kidney was retained. The stent tube and renal fistula reconstruction, improve the therapeutic effect. This article describes early diagnosis, treatment and precautions.
