小鼠自发活动和转轮活动测试结果表明:云芝糖肽能抑制小鼠的自发活动和转轮活动。腹腔注射100mg/kg和200mg/kg云芝糖肽都能显著降低小鼠的自发横向和直向活动以及转轮活动(P<0.01或P<0.05),并显示了一定的星效关系。安定2.5/ks的作用明显高于云芝糖肽100ms/kg的作用(P<0.01),而与其200ms/kg的作用相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。
