公安研究工作虽然取得了一定的成就,然而由于文化短视与中庸、形而上学与务虚等理念的混沌,导致公安研究为其付出了沉重的代价:地位不高、成果不足、研究者“学格”缺欠。公安研究的种种不足还有学科地位、刊物平台以及思想学风等客观因素的影响。为重视公安研究氛围的营造,尊重学者个性,公安学者则应注重自身修养,积极投身于公安实践,同时还应注重个人中立、虚心、恬淡“学格”的养成。
