作者在1420例脑血管造影中见到有是10％因蛛网膜下腔出血,共发现7例颅颈区血管畸形。发现原始三叉动脉3例。原始三叉动脉可分为三种类型:Ⅰ型,除供给两侧小脑上动脉还发出两侧大脑后动脉;Ⅱ型,仅发出两侧小脑上动脉;Ⅲ型,供应两侧小脑上动脉及对侧大脑后动脉。3例中Ⅲ型2例,Ⅰ型1例,其中2例伴蛛网膜下腔出血。余4例中1例窗型基底动脉及左侧椎动脉发育不良,
