王××,男,40岁,病号24600. 初诊日期:1978年1月24日。右侧腹股沟淋巴管阻塞三年余。1977年11月经某医院诊断为“右腹股沟淋巴管阻塞”(相当乳糜池部位)多次检查未找到血丝虫,对症治疗未效。目前右侧腹、腿、膝部及阴囊肿胀,面萎色衰,舌苔薄质胖有瘀点,脉濡带涩。经云:“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾。”又病久气滞血瘀,当以健脾利湿消肿,活血化瘀通络为治。
