目的寻找对急性贫铀中毒促排效果较好的含邻苯二酚基团的黄酮类化合物。方法给予Wistar大鼠贫铀20mg/kg,立即给予黄酮类化合物10mg/kg,连续3d,并设邻苯二酚类化合物8102及DMSO做为对照。3d后做肾功能检测和肾脏、肝脏、骨髓、脾脏等病理观察。结果8102和F1组血清肌酐和尿素氮含量显著下降,F2、T1和T2组的肌酐浓度也显著降低。病理观察显示,T2组肾脏、肝脏几乎无明显损伤;8102和T1次之;F1和QU组肾损伤较重;DMSO组的损伤最重,但较贫铀组轻。结论T2对贫铀敏感器官的保护最好;F1可改善肾功能。这两种化合物均具有做为贫铀促排剂的潜能。
Aim To find catechol group-containing flavonoids that have a good effect on promoting acute depletion of uranium poisoning. Methods Wistar rats were depleted of uranium 20 mg / kg, and immediately given flavonoids 10 mg / kg for 3 days. Catechol 8102 and DMSO were used as controls. 3d after renal function test and kidney, liver, bone marrow, spleen and other pathological observations. Results Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in 8102 and F1 group were significantly decreased, while creatinine concentrations in F2, T1 and T2 group were also significantly decreased. Pathological examination showed that there was almost no significant damage to the kidneys and liver in T2 group, followed by 8102 and T1, heavier kidney damage in F1 and QU groups, and heavier in DMSO group than in depleted uranium group. Conclusion T2 has the best protection for LE-sensitive organs; F1 can improve renal function. Both compounds have the potential to act as depleted uranium.
