小学语文课堂教学是国民素质教育的基础,其质量的高低直接影响着人才教育的未来和发展方向。教学评价的实施既可以起到监管教学质量的作用,也可以通过“评”而有“价”的方式使广大教职工认识到自己在教学过程中的核心价值。因此,提高小学语文课堂教学评价质量(即有效性)是一项刻不容缓的任务,国家相关部门也已给予高度重视。本文首先通过对小学语文课堂教学的现状进行分析,建立了适应素质教育的教学评价标准和原则,接着对教学评价方面存在的误区进行分析和思考,最终总结出一套具有可行性的教学评价方案。
Primary language classroom teaching is the basis of national quality education, the quality of its direct impact on the level of talent education in the future and development. The implementation of teaching evaluation can not only play the role of supervising the teaching quality, but also enable the staff and workers to realize their core values in the teaching process through “evaluation ” and “price ”. Therefore, it is an urgent task to improve the quality of teaching assessment of primary Chinese classroom (ie, effectiveness), and the relevant state departments have also given high priority. This paper first analyzes the status quo of Chinese teaching in primary schools and establishes the teaching evaluation criteria and principles to meet the quality education. Then it analyzes and thinks about the mistakes in teaching evaluation and finally concludes with a set of feasible teaching evaluation schemes .
