国外在厂房和仓库的辐射采暖上所用带状辐射板结构型式颇多。苏联一些地方广为采用简单的KMⅠ和KMⅡ型辐射板。图1绘出KM辐射板的剖面图,其主要尺寸列于表1和表2,这些尺寸取决于板内通过热媒的管子数(排管),管子直径为一英寸。用管卡子将管子夹紧在一毫米厚的钢板上,板上面敷盖40毫米厚的玻璃棉毡保温层。把2米长的单个板用联结板4联结成连续辐射带板,然后将其挂在吊梁6上。吊梁间距建议不大于3米。
There are many structural types of ribbon radiation panels used in radiant heating in factories and warehouses abroad. In some parts of the Soviet Union, simple KMI and KMII radiation panels are widely used. Figure 1 depicts a cross section of a KM radiant panel. The major dimensions are listed in Tables 1 and 2. These dimensions are based on the number of tubes (tubes) passing through the heat medium in the panel. The tube diameter is one inch. The pipe clamps are used to clamp the pipe to a one-millimeter-thick steel plate and a 40 mm thick glass wool felt insulation layer is applied to the plate. A single 2-meter-long plate is joined with a connecting plate 4 to form a continuous strip of radiation, which is then hung on a beam 6 . Hanger spacing is recommended to be no more than 3 meters.
