建立城乡居民社会养老保险制度是我国社会保障体系建设的重要内容,对于实现人人享有基本养老保险,促进社会和谐稳定具有重大意义。2009年以来,南阳市按照国家的整体部署,在三年内分四批试点,逐步实现了城乡居民社会养老保险制度全覆盖。截至目前,全市参保人数已达529.5万人,其中60周岁以上领取养老金人数为133万人,平均参保率超过90%。累计发放养老金14亿元,初步解决了居民群众的老有所养问题,受到了广大城乡居
The establishment of social pension insurance system for urban and rural residents is an important part of the construction of social security system in our country and is of great significance to the realization of the basic old-age insurance for all and the promotion of social harmony and stability. Since 2009, Nanyang City, in accordance with the overall deployment of the state, has piloted in four batches within three years and gradually realized the full coverage of urban and rural residents’ social pension insurance system. Up to now, the number of people in the city has reached 5,295,000, of whom 1.33 million are over the age of 60, with an average rate of over 90%.
