我院于1979年施行胎儿造血组织移植治疗1例急性白血病,现报告如下。病例摘要:5岁男孩,面色苍黄,发热,全身皮下出血点,肝、脾肿大20余天,于1979年3月3日住院。体格检查:体温37℃,脉搏108次/分,体重19公斤,重度贫血貌,全身散在皮下出血点;颈部可及1×1×3厘米左右淋巴结数个,无压痛及粘连;睑结膜苍白,巩膜无黄染;颈软,胸廓无畸形,胸骨明显压痛;肺未见异常;心界略向左扩大,可闻及Ⅲ级收缩期吹风样杂音;腹软,肝肋下4厘米,脾肋下9厘米,质韧,边缘
