为进一步控制麻疹的发病,山东省于1999年首次在全省范围内对8月龄～7岁儿童进行了一次麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫。实际接种总人数为4481143人,报告接种率为9567%抽样调查的接种率为9815%(1541/1570)。用省统计局公布的人口数对本次MV强化免疫的接种率进行评估发现,全省总接种率约为80%,各地区、市及各年龄组的估算接种率有所不同。本次MV强化免疫基本达到预期目标。
To further control the incidence of measles, Shandong Province first conducted measles vaccine (MV) boosting in children aged 8 months to 7 years in Shandong Province in 1999. The actual number of inoculation was 4481143, the reported vaccination rate was 9567%. The vaccination rate of the sample survey was 9815% (1541/1570). The number of population announced by the Provincial Bureau of Statistics on the MV vaccination rate assessment found that the province’s total vaccination rate of about 80%, estimated by region, city and age groups vaccination rates are different. The MV to enhance the basic immune to achieve the desired goal.
