铝铁脱氧

铝作为强脱氧剂早已普遍用于炼钢工业,而加铝的数量,加铝的方法还有不少问题需要认真地进行研究。一、目前国内普遍用投入或插入的方法加铝锭或铝片。而铝的比重比钢液和钢渣都小,所以大部分铝上浮至渣面烧损掉,这一部分空烧损的铝占总加铝量的75~80%,说明目前通用的加铝方法,不但脱氧效果差,也造成很大的浪费。铝不但价格高,而且每生产一吨铝仅电能消耗达15,000度以上。如果采用合理的加铝方法,在炼钢工业中大幅度降低铝的消耗,可以降低钢的成本,节约大量能源,其潜力是比较大的。为此,对现有的几种可能加铝方法进行分析:1.投入法加工业纯铝,铝的利用率低,浪费大,脱氧效果很不稳定,钢中残余铝量一般小于0.01%,不能保证钢锭质量,铝的利用率仅达10%左右,所以此方法很不合理,不宜应用。 As a strong deoxidizer, aluminum has long been commonly used in the steelmaking industry.
