本文在对电工合金企业考察的基础上 ,通过分析电工合金生产的特点和传统机械式自动装置的局限性 ,提出基于机器视觉的适度自动化的观点 ,设计了相应的系统结构、工件识别和系统执行的控制算法 ,并提供了必要的数据结果。
Based on the investigation of electrical alloy enterprises, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of moderate automation based on machine vision by analyzing the characteristics of electrical alloy production and the limitations of traditional mechanical automatic devices, and designs the corresponding system structure, workpiece identification and system execution The control algorithm, and provides the necessary data results.
