目的观察喘泰颗粒配合西医疗法治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法将88例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予雾化吸痰、抗感染、对症支持等西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予喘泰颗粒口服。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用喘泰颗粒治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chuan Tai Granule combined with Western medical treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods Eighty-eight children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine such as atomization, anti-infective and symptomatic support. The treatment group was treated with Chuan Tai Granule orally. Results The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of infantile bronchiolitis was significantly effective with the addition of Pantopathic Granules on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine.
