为了研究镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩时截齿磨损的关键因素,对镐形截齿磨损形式进行分析,得出镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩的磨损机制,根据夹矸煤岩的物理特性配制试验煤样,通过对镐形截齿结构的分析,并在牛头刨床上进行镐形截齿截割试验。试验结果表明,镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩时齿身上部磨损较剧烈,有明显的磨损划痕,且划痕偏向基本一致,合金头一侧有大块崩落,其余部分有可见裂纹。试验得出镐形截齿截割夹矸煤岩的磨损特性,对镐形截齿的设计及应用具有指导意义。
In order to study the key factors of pick wear of pick-shaped cut-off gangue rock, the wear form of pick-shaped pick is analyzed and the wear mechanism of pick-shaped pick cut rock is obtained. The petrophysical properties of the rock were used to prepare the test coal samples. Through the analysis of the pick-shape picks and pick-pick test on the shaper. The test results show that when the pick-shaped cutting teeth cut off the gangue rock, the wear of the upper part of the tooth body is more severe with obvious wear marks and the scratches are basically the same. Large cracks occur on the alloy head side and the other parts have visible cracks . The test results show that the wear characteristics of the pick-shaped pick cutting rock gangue have a guiding significance for the design and application of the pick pick.
