在刚刚过去的2016年里约奥运会上,中国女排重回世界排坛巅峰,夺得冠军,世界瞩目。“女排精神”四个字也再次频繁的出现在我们的视线里,人人都在学习女排精神,倡导女排精神。本文利用文献综述法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对女排精神进行一个解读,并将其运用到高校排球教学中,吸引越来越多的大学生学习排球,体会女排精神的实际意义。
In the just past 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, the Chinese women’s volleyball team back to the world volleyball peak, won the championship, the world’s attention. “Women’s Volleyball Spirit ” four words appear again and again frequently in our line of sight, everyone is learning the spirit of the women’s volleyball team, advocating the spirit of women’s volleyball team. In this paper, we use literature review method and questionnaire survey method to interpret the spirit of women volleyball and apply it to volleyball teaching in colleges and universities to attract more and more college students to learn volleyball and to realize the practical significance of volleyball spirit.
