医院志愿服务作为医疗服务的补充与延伸,在帮助维持医疗秩序,协助医务人员加强与患者的沟通,为医院发放健康宣教资料,收集、反馈、解决患者及家属的意见与建议等发挥了越来越重要的作用。志愿者作为一种中立性角色的介入,缓解了紧张的医患关系,避免了潜在的医疗纠纷,起到了桥梁与纽带的作用。浙江省杭州市第一人民医院在志愿者队伍管理上,积极探索创新,使志愿者工作更为自觉自愿。
