在大颗粒物料垂直管道上向输送系统的设计中,准确地确定被输送固液混合物的最小输送速度,对避免管道阻塞和节约能耗均有重要意义。本文提出了一种新的试验方法,可测定颗粒在垂直上向输送管道内的浮游速度。利用测定的浮游速度来确定大颗粒在垂直管道内的最小输送速度,并总结了在一定颗粒粒级和体积浓度范围的经验计算公式。该方法也可广泛地应用于确定其它大颗粒物料的最小输送速度。
In the design of the conveying system on the vertical pipeline of large-particle material, it is important to accurately determine the minimum conveying speed of the solid-liquid mixture to be conveyed, so as to avoid pipeline blockage and save energy. In this paper, a new test method is proposed to measure the vertical velocity of particles in the conveying pipe. The measured transport velocity was used to determine the minimum transport velocity of large particles in a vertical pipe and the empirical formulas for particle size and volume concentration were summarized. The method can also be widely used to determine the minimum conveying speed of other large-particle materials.
