集体备课,是一项提高语文教学质量的有效办法,这些年来,我校语文教学质量之所以比较高,原因之一,就是坚持开展了以年级组为单位的备课活动。变“相轻”为“相重”“文人相轻”是旧社会知识分子的恶习,要搞好集体备课就必须变“相轻”为“相重”。一九八五年,我们高二语文备课组六个老师,虽然年龄不同,水平不一,却各有所长。有的擅长阅读教学,有的善于作文指导,有的长于教文言文,有的长于教现代文,总之,人具特色,各有千 Collective preparation of lessons is an effective way to improve the quality of Chinese teaching.
