针对干冰膨胀烟丝线燃烧器燃烧介质由人工管道煤气改用管道天然气后,燃烧炉温度出现大幅波动。在不改变燃气压力、不更换燃烧器、甚至不更换燃烧器任何配件的情况下,对燃烧器置换天然气的适应性进行分析,并根据PID控制技术,对燃烧炉温度PID控制参数进行理论计算和经验值测试,并结合工程实际进行整定,最后找出最佳PID整定值,改善了燃烧工况,使燃烧炉运行稳定、温度控制准确。
