The treasury centralized payment system helps to improve the scientific research unit’s budget revenue and expenditure transparency, the level of financial management and the use efficiency of financial funds. In order to ensure the scientific and efficient operation of scientific research units under the centralized treasury payment system, we need to improve the internal control system, improve the quality of financial staff and strengthen the financial management functions.
