目的:考察姜黄素固体分散体对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法:以雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,高脂乳剂造模,同时灌胃给予姜黄素及其固体分散体混悬液,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,同时测定血清和肝匀浆中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与纯姜黄素比较,姜黄素固体分散体能显著地降低高脂模型大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量;升高血清HDL-C含量;提高血清及肝匀浆的SOD活性并降低其MDA含量,且呈量效关系。结论:姜黄素固体分散体对实验性高脂血症大鼠降脂及抗氧化作用明显,其效果优于纯姜黄素。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin solid dispersion on blood lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Male SD rats were used as experimental objects, and the model of high fat emulsion was established. At the same time, the suspension of curcumin and its solid dispersion was given by gavage. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were determined. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and liver homogenate were measured simultaneously. Results: Compared with pure curcumin, curcumin solid dispersions could significantly reduce serum TC, TG, LDL-C content, increase serum HDL-C content, increase SOD activity in serum and liver homogenate The MDA content, and the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: The curcumin solid dispersion has obvious effect of lowering lipid and antioxidation in experimental hyperlipidemia rats, and its effect is better than pure curcumin.
