针对香烟条包端面透明纸损伤的在线检测问题,提出了两种基于坐标变换的香烟条包端面透明纸损伤检测新方法.其基本思路是:首先,选取待分析的图像,将图像进行全局阈值分割以得到二值图像;其次,根据图像特征,将图像坐标系进行旋转,依据新坐标下正常和损伤图像的投影值分离程度和概率分布,提出两个损伤判别准则,即:方差准则和蜂数准则;最后.构建香烟条包端面透明纸损伤图像的在线检测系统,利用实际采集到的图像对两个准则进行验证,结果表明了两种算法的有效性和鲁棒性.该文方法也可用于其他图像的类似损伤在线检测.
