用μStyragel 10~5+10~4+10_3 GPC柱组在四氢呋喃溶剂中分离了不同调节剂丁用量的非硫调节聚氯丁二烯。根据普适校正曲线和特性粘度值,借助电子计算机,求得聚氯丁二烯在四氢呋喃溶剂中的Mark-Houwink常数K=1.77×10~(-4)分升/克和α=0.69。按定义法计算了样品的(?)w、(?)n和(?)w/(?)n。比较了不同调节剂用量和不同转化率的非硫调节聚氯丁二烯的分子量及其分布。
Non-sulfur-modified polychloroprene with different amounts of the modifier was isolated in THF solvent using μStyragel 10 ~ 5 + 10 ~ 4 + 10_3 GPC columns. According to the universal calibration curve and intrinsic viscosity, the Mark-Houwink constants K = 1.77 × 10 -4 mol / g and α = 0.69 of polychloroprene in tetrahydrofuran were calculated by computer. The (?) W, (?) N and (?) W / (?) N of the sample are calculated by definition. The molecular weights and their distribution of non-sulfur-regulated polychloroprene were compared with different amounts of the conditioner and different conversion rates.
