抗日战争进入相持阶段后,我华中抗日根据地处于目伪顽的劫夺、破坏、封锁的艰苦环境。为了坚持长期抗战,战斗在华中抗日根据地的新四军各部队响应中共中央关于开展大生产运动的号召,采取了一系列政策措施,推动了大生产运动的普遍开展。上至军师首长,下至战士、勤务员、马夫,都投入到大生产运动的热潮之中。大生产运动取得了很大的成绩,实现了部队农副手工业产品的自给或半自给。对打破敌人经济封锁,弥补部队军需不足,改善部队生活,减轻人民负担,推动根据地建设等方面,发挥了巨大作用。
After the war of resistance against Japan entered the phase of stalemate, I am in a stubborn environment of vandalism, destruction and blockades in the anti-Japanese war base in central China. In order to uphold the long-term war of resistance against Japan, various units of the New Fourth Army fighting in the Anti-Japanese Base in Central China responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee on launching a mass production campaign and adopted a series of policies and measures to promote the general development of the mass production campaign. On the military division commander, down to the soldiers, servants, groom, are into the craze of the mass production movement. The large-scale production campaign has made great achievements and has realized the self-sufficiency or semi-self-sufficiency of the military agricultural and sideline handicraft products. It has played a significant role in breaking the economic blockade of the enemy, making up for lack of military strength in the armed forces, improving the life of the armed forces, alleviating the burden on the people, and promoting the construction of the base areas.
