煤炭行业已经全面实施以去产能为标志的供给侧改革,供给侧改革是煤炭企业转型升级、提高器械水平、淘汰落后产能的过程。因此一定会造成大批煤炭行业的工作人员面临失业。并且也使煤炭企业面临着人才管理问题的挑战。煤矿企业供给侧改革能否顺利的进行,直接受到企业在人才方面管理的影响。本文主要是根据煤炭行业供给侧改革的主要内容,以及对企业人才的管理进行了解析,对新形势下企业人才管理提出了建议。
The coal industry has fully implemented the supply-side reform marked by its de-capacity. Supply-side reform is a process of transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises, improvement of equipment and elimination of backward production capacity. Therefore, a large number of workers in the coal industry will surely face unemployment. And it also confronts coal companies with the challenge of talent management. Whether coal supply-side reform can proceed smoothly is directly affected by the management of enterprises in terms of personnel. This article is mainly based on the main content of supply side reform of the coal industry, as well as the analysis of the management of enterprise personnel, and put forward suggestions on the management of enterprise talent under the new situation.
