作者报道29例病理证实的胶质瘤 MR 表现,其中多形性成胶质细胞瘤、纤维性星形细胞病、小脑星形细胞瘤各4例,逆分化的星形细胞瘤8例,饲肥星形细胞瘤、逆分化少突胶质瘤各2例,少突胶质瘤1例,少突星形细胞瘤3例,纤维细胞性胶质瘤1例。其中3例是复发病例。用0.15T 常导型MR,IR 法(1400/400/30=TR/TD/TE)SE 序列(1200—2000/60-100=TR/TE)获 T_1及 T_2加权象。作者见到,①在 T_1加权象上4例多形性成胶
The authors reported 29 cases of pathologically confirmed glioma MR manifestations, including glioblastoma multiforme, fibrosarial astrocytoma, cerebellar astrocytoma in 4 cases, 8 cases of reverse-differentiated astrocytoma, feeding Fat astrocytoma, reverse oligodendrocyte tumor in 2 cases, oligodendroglioma in 1 case, oligodendrocyte tumor in 3 cases, fibroblast glioma in 1 case.
