随着课堂教学的不断改革,在当下倡导以学生的学为主导的主流下,小组合作作为教学过程中突破教学重难点的重要环节,在数学课堂中有更为需求的表现。当年轻教师在实际教学中用到小组合作这种教学方法时,我们常常会看到这样的情境:某些小组有一两个能说会道的学生,他们尽情表达自己的想法,不给同组成员谈论的机会,还有一些小组各自为政。在教学实践过程中,通过小组合作带来的实际教学效果并不如人意。如何使课堂上的小组活动更富有成效,我作为一线的年轻数学教师,经过一段时间的思考以及实践之后,接下来从问题与解决途径两方面谈谈自己的感受。
