北京市电影洗印厂染印车间,外檐装修量比较大,质量要求高,但施工队抹灰工人少,完成这项工作有困难。在上级党委的领导,在兄弟单位的配合下,我们采用了喷涂饰面新工艺。喷涂饰面施工是把聚合水泥砂浆,用人工装入喷枪斗,通过高压空气喷射到墙面上,表面再喷一道甲基硅醇钠防水剂。聚合水泥砂浆由白水泥、松香石屑、颜料和107胶用小搅拌机拌和而成。
The printing and dyeing workshop of the Beijing Film Printing Factory has a large amount of interior decoration and high quality requirements, but the construction team has few plastering workers and it is difficult to complete this work. With the leadership of the superior party committee and the cooperation of our brothers, we have adopted a new process for spray coating. Spray coating construction is the use of polymer cement mortar, artificially loaded into the spray gun bucket, high-pressure air sprayed onto the wall, the surface and then spray a methyl silicon sodium alcohol waterproofing agent. Polymer cement mortar was made by mixing white cement, rosin chips, pigments and 107 glue with a small mixer.
