Career management is an important part of modern enterprise human resource management. Due to the influence of the traditional thinking concept, there are still some misunderstandings and shortcomings in the management of employees’ career in our country. This article combines theory and practice, and discusses career management strategies from the aspects of career analysis, career exploration, career development channels and staff training, which will surely promote the career development of employees and improve the level of human resources management in enterprises positive effects.
