2007年1月,新闻出版总署印发《新闻出版业“十一五”发展规划》。《规划》全面回顾了“十五”时期我国新闻出版业取得的辉煌成就,客观深入地分析了“十五”期间新闻出版业面临的机遇与挑战,明确提出了“十一五”新闻出版业应遵循的指导原则与应达到的预期目标,并从8个方面确立了工作战略重点及相应的政策措施。《规划》可以说是在我国新闻出版业处于关键时期适时而出的一份新闻出版业如何落实科学发展观、走创新改革之路的“路线图”,因此具有很强的现实指导意义。本刊特以这8个工作战略重点为切入口,约请总署管理部门与相关业界人士予以深入阐释与解析。
In January 2007, the General Administration of Press and Publication printed the “Development Plan for the Eleventh Five-year Plan for Press and Publication”. The Plan comprehensively reviews the brilliant achievements made by China’s press and publication industry in the period of the Tenth-Five-Year Plan period and objectively and thoroughly analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the press and publication industry are facing during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. It clearly states that the 11th Five-Year Press and Publishing Industry The guiding principles to be followed and the expected objectives to be achieved, and the strategic focus of work and the corresponding policy measures from 8 aspects. “Planning” can be said to be a “road map” of how to implement the scientific concept of development and take the road of innovation and reform in a timely manner in the press and publishing industry at a crucial time in our country’s news and publishing industry. Therefore, it has great practical significance. Our articles focus on the strategic focus of these eight work as an entrance, about the Administration Department and the relevant industry professionals to explain in depth and analysis.
