针对传统固体材料封孔易漏气、液体封孔材料易漏失的缺点,为了保障煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔效果,提高瓦斯抽采含量和抽采流量,根据钻孔周围煤体裂隙受采动影响动态分布的特点,打破常规瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔思路,提出了动态封孔方法,开发了能适应钻孔变形、主动渗透的柔性膏体封孔材料.该材料以粉煤灰为基料,配以保水剂、膨胀剂、纤维素和偶联剂,材料与水结合搅拌后,将形成一种柔性膏体并始终保持柔性状态.分析了材料的膨胀性能和密封性能,利用扫描电子显微镜分析了材料的微观结构.结果表明:柔性膏体材料膨胀性好,有一定的流动性,注浆方便,材料渗透性强,凝固后与钻孔孔壁结合紧密,成为一体,材料不易收缩,封孔性能优越.
