在党的“八大”前后,也就是在我国经济体制形成和建立的过程中,我们党就开始了对经济体制改革的探索。本文围绕着陈云同志在那段时间里的理论论述与实践,来回顾和分析那次改革决策的形成过程及有关的理论问题。经济体制与经济体制改革“经济体制”这个概念是相对于“经济制度”而使用的。一般来说,讲到经济体制总要涉及到经济运行机制、宏观调控或管理方式、企业经营方式等。
