本文报道7例长Q-T间期综合征伴发难治性尖端扭转型室速,经心脏起搏治疗取得较好效果。作者对起搏治疗指征、起搏器类型及起搏频率的选择进行了讨论。
This article reports seven cases of long Q-T syndrome with refractory torsades de pointes ventricular tachycardia, pacing achieved good results. The authors discuss the indications for pacing therapy, the type of pacemaker and the choice of pacing frequency.
