目的:建立岩白菜中有效成分岩白菜素的HPLC测定方法,测定其含量。方法:采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse×DB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:水(30∶70),流量1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:岩白菜素在0.106 8μg~0.534 0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=0.5%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、重现性好,可用于岩白菜药材的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of bergenin in Chinese cabbage and determine its content. Methods: Reversed phase HPLC was used. The column was ZORBAX Eclipse × DB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (30:70). The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Bergenin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 0.106 8μg ~ 0.534 0μg with an average recovery of 98.6% and a RSD of 0.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of Chinese cabbage.
