一、序言 当今世界正经历着急剧变化。如下这些变化都是过去难以预料的事情:东西方冷战体制崩溃了,过去仅对单纯商品贸易秩序起到规定作用的关贸总协定已被包括贸易、投资以及服务贸易在内的世界贸易体制所代替,小区域贸易协定纷纷出现。在这些现象面前,可以说我们正生活在一个混沌的世界。这种急剧变化也预示着,21世纪必将出现一个以过去的模式难以说明的新的国际经济秩序及经济合作结构。综合考虑这种状况,可以说韩中经济合作关系也正迎来一个新的局面。同为亚洲国家,韩中两国应对此共同有所准备。 I. In the face of these phenomena, we can say that we are living in a chaotic world. This drastic change also indicates that in the 21st century a new international economic order and economic cooperation structure that is difficult to be illustrated by past models will surely emerge. Taking this situation into consideration, we can say that the ROK-China economic cooperation is also ushering in a new situation. As for Asian countries, both South Korea and China should jointly prepare for this.
