探讨了介质pH值及Al3+,Mg2+,Zn2+离子对喹诺酮类药物氟哌酸荧光特性的影响.发现铝、镁及锌离子在不同pH值条件下与氟哌酸形成配合物而增强荧光,据此建立了用铝离子增强荧光测定氟哌酸含量的新方法.研究了不同pH值及不同金属离子存在下氟哌酸在氯仿-水间的分配.初步说明某些金属离子使药物在体内的吸收减少及活性减弱的现象,与药物和金属离子的配合作用而导致其在生物膜间的转运受阻有关.
The effects of medium pH and Al3 +, Mg2 + and Zn2 + ions on the fluorescence characteristics of fluoroquinolone quinolone were investigated. It was found that the aluminum, magnesium and zinc ions formed complexes with norfloxacin at different pH values to enhance the fluorescence. A new method for the determination of norfloxacin by aluminum ion enhanced fluorescence was established. The distribution of norfloxacin in chloroform-water in the presence of different metal ions and different pH values was studied. Preliminary description of some metal ions so that drug absorption in the body to reduce the activity and weakened the phenomenon, and the drug and metal ions with the role of the resulting barrier in the transport between the biofilm related.
