2014年一季度,富阳新建商品房市场成交量保持平稳势头,成交均价也较去年同期有所回落。据悉,价格回落是出于两大原因:一方面由于房产泡沫的挤压,项目价格随行就市,而出现回落现象;另一方面则是购房者持观望态度,住宅市场的供需不平衡,从而也引发了成交均价结构性回落。从楼盘来看,2014年一季度富阳新建商品房成交总量为274套;从销售均价来看,一季度,富阳新开盘项目均价为13600元/平方米。
