镶齿组合星轮是烧结机中重要组成件。目前,国内一些生产厂家对大型星轮制造工艺感到困难,尤其是两组星轮对运动中的同步更是关键。我厂承制24M~3烧结机,也遇到同样情况。经过探索,寻求到一条较为合理的工艺方法和检测手段,其效果较理想,现介绍于下: 星轮由四组八个、半轮休和68个单体齿板镶拼而成,全部用普通板材结构件、齿顶圓直径为φ27(?)0mm,轮对宽度为2300mm,自重16t,主动与被动轮对间距26.7m(见图1)。

After exploration, to seek a more reasonable method and means of detection, the effect is better, are introduced in the next: Star wheel consists of four groups of eight, half a break and 68 single tooth plate inlaid, all with ordinary Plate structure, addendum circle diameter φ27 (?) 0mm, wheel width of 2300mm, weight 16t, active and passive wheelset spacing 26.7m (see Figure 1).
