在大曲率半径井眼内,钻具组合的通过能力是定向钻进的主要限制因素之一。因此,研究通过能力是十分必要的。本文在考虑了钻具组合变形的条件之后,建立起钻具组合通过能力的一般模式。通过对该模式的分析,得出在大曲率半径井眼内必须采用柔性或铰链式钻具组合的结论,并说明了考虑变形时钻具组合的通过能力大于未考虑变形时的通过能力的事实,确定了钻具通过能力与井眼曲率半径间的关系。本文还建立了未考虑变形时的钻具最大通过能力下的弯角模式。通过对弯角模式的分析,提出了铰链式钻具组合的铰链接头之问活动弯角的选择原则。这些结论对钻短曲率半径水平井的工具设计与机理研究有指导意义。
Throughout the large radius of curvature borehole, the ability of the drill string to pass through is one of the major constraints on directional drilling. Therefore, the ability to study through is very necessary. After considering the conditions of the deformation of the drilling assembly, this paper establishes the general mode of the drilling assembly combination capacity. Based on the analysis of this model, we conclude that the combination of flexible or hinged drilling tools must be adopted in large radius of curvature borehole, and the fact that the passing capacity of the drilling assembly is larger than that without considering the deformation considering the deformation , The relationship between drilling capacity and wellbore curvature radius was confirmed. In this paper, the mode of cornering under the maximum capacity of the drilling tool without deformation is established. By analyzing the mode of cornering, the principle of selecting the angle of action of the hinged joint of the hinge type drilling assembly is put forward. These conclusions are instructive to the research on the tool design and mechanism of horizontal wells with short radius of curvature.
