二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)是一种酚类抗氧化剂,主要用于橡胶、塑料等加工工业,也作为油脂抗氧化剂使用。近年来,国外不少学者研究发现,BHT对肺、肝等组织有直接损伤作用,并有血液毒性,国内尚未见有关报道。本研究初步观察了BHT对大鼠血液系统及肺、肝等组织的损伤作用,为防治工作提供依据。 Dibutylhydroxytoluene (BHT) is a phenolic antioxidant that is mainly used in processing industries such as rubber and plastics, and also as a grease antioxidant. In recent years, many foreign scholars found that BHT has a direct damage to the lungs, liver and other tissues, and has hematotoxicity, but no reports have been reported in China. This study initially observed the BHT on the blood system of rats and lung, liver and other tissue damage, provide the basis for prevention and treatment work.
