目的:观察十剂汤联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:将58例随机分为研究组30例和对照组28例,两组均用相同化疗方案治疗,研究组加用十剂汤治疗。结果:研究组较对照组有效率、细胞免疫状态和生存质量有显著提高。结论:十剂汤联合化疗治疗NSCLC能提高有效率,改善细胞免疫状态。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 58 cases were randomly divided into study group 30 cases and control group 28 cases, both groups were treated with the same chemotherapy, the study group plus decoction. Results: The study group than the control group, the cellular immune status and quality of life improved significantly. Conclusion: Decoction combined with chemotherapy for NSCLC can improve the efficiency and improve the cellular immune status.
