Several of the topics studied below focus on Japanese high-strength steel (HSS). (1) ultra-fine grain steel. Produced by the newly developed hot strip mill. (2) Hot rolled high strength steel (HSS). Superb balance between tensile strength, stretch flange and fatigue properties. (3) high temperature stamping technology. High-strength steel mold quenching technology and suppression of sheet metal processing technology.
