对于结构老化的海洋平台,疲劳裂纹是破坏其结构完整的主要威胁。文章分析了平台结构产生节点裂纹的原因。探讨了海洋平台主结构节点的修复。通过有限元的分析指出,裂纹发生的区域也是应力集中的区域。基于对解决方案各应力状态的比较分析,最终确定了节点修复的方法,可利用钢结构加以维修加固,不需分散主结构结点的组成,克服传统修复方法的缺点。结构修复后主结构结点的应力减小了8.376ksi。
For structurally aged offshore platforms, fatigue cracks are a major threat to disrupt their structural integrity. The paper analyzes the reason of node cracks in platform structure. Discussed the repair of the main structure node of the offshore platform. Finite element analysis shows that the area where cracks occur is also the area where stress is concentrated. Based on the comparative analysis of each stress state of the solution, the method of node repair is finally determined, which can be repaired and reinforced by steel structure without the need to disperse the composition of the main structural nodes and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional repair methods. The stress of the main structure node after the structure is repaired is reduced by 8.376 ksi.
