起源于欧洲“未来大型军用运输机计划”的Ａ４００Ｍ运输机计划，尽管几经周折，但继去年欧洲几国在范堡罗航展上宣布将共同采购Ａ４００Ｍ后，欧洲８国的国防部长又在今年的巴黎航展上签署了一份谅解备忘录。目前该机设计方案已基本确定，它将成为欧洲快速反应部队的中坚力量
A400M transport aircraft plan originated in Europe’s “future large-scale military transport aircraft” plan, despite several twists and turns, but following last year’s European countries announced at Farnborough airshow that they will jointly procure A400M, the defense ministers of eight European countries in this year’s Paris Airshow signed a memorandum of understanding. At present, the aircraft design has been basically established, it will become the backbone of the European rapid reaction force
