新形势下,思想政治工作在国有企业凝聚人心、鼓舞士气等方面发挥着重要作用和意义。国有企业要在市场竞争中做大做强,构建和谐企业,就必须建设一支适应企业发展的高素质政工队伍。政工队伍建设面临的挑战一是政工队伍建设面临着新的要求。思想政治工作有其特殊性,对从事这一工作的人员要求特殊,除了综合工作能力之外,还要有坚定的政治信念和丰富的工作经验。这就要求国有企业必须保持政工干部的稳定,使政工干部自觉从事这一工作,积累经验,不断创新,紧跟时代的潮流,为企业的发展提供强有力的政治保障 Under the new situation, ideological and political work plays an important role and significance in bringing together the state-owned enterprises and boosting their morale. In order to make state-owned enterprises bigger and stronger in market competition and building a harmonious enterprise, it is imperative to build a contingent of high-quality political workers who adapt to the development of the enterprise. The Challenges Facing the Construction of Political Workforce First, the construction of political ranks is facing new demands. Ideological and political work has its own particularity. It requires special personnel who are engaged in this work. In addition to comprehensive working ability, it must also have firm political conviction and rich working experience. This requires that state-owned enterprises must maintain the stability of political cadres, enable political cadres to engage in this work conscientiously, accumulate experience, keep innovating, keep up with the trend of the times, and provide strong political guarantee for the development of enterprises
