天津市红十字会医院各行政管理部门就如何提高医疗卫生服务质量,提高后勤服务质量制定出具体措施。院领导特别提出:“正人先正已,机关要为全院职工做出榜样,提高为全院服务的工作质量。因此,机关人员每日早晨要集中点名、报到、进行行政交班。”通知各项措施的实施,收到了明显的效果。第一增强了机关工作人员遵守劳动纪律的自觉性;第二强化了行政值班人员的责任;第三由于有机关各部分人员参加交班,对存在的问题当即责成有关部门解决,第二天汇报执行情况,提高了工作效率,受到各临床
Various administrative departments of the Tianjin Red Cross Hospital have formulated specific measures on how to improve the quality of medical and health services and improve the quality of logistics services.
