AASR中规定自2010年11月20日起,对民用航空器结构疲劳敏感元件上修理的损伤容限评估必须由航空运营人自己负责,并制定满足飞机持续适航要求的损伤容限检查计划。本文讨论了几种对民用航空器结构疲劳敏感元件进行修理的损伤容限评估及制定补充检查计划的方法与途径。
As of 20 November 2010, the AASR requires that the assessment of the damage tolerance of repairs on structural fatigue-sensitive components of civil aircraft structures be undertaken by the air operator itself and that a damage tolerance inspection program meeting the requirements of continued airworthiness of the aircraft be developed. This article discusses several methods for assessing the damage tolerance of repairing fatigue-sensitive components of civil aircraft structures and formulating supplementary inspection plans.
