蒲氏钩蝠蛾Thitarodes pui是冬虫夏草Ophiocordyceps sinensis的寄主昆虫种类之一,分布在西藏色季拉山海拔4100~4650m的高寒灌丛草甸和高寒草甸。采用野外调查和人工饲养相结合的方法,对蒲氏钩蝠蛾的生物学进行了研究。结果表明,蒲氏钩蝠蛾的世代发育需要3~4年历时约1095~1460d。卵历期41~47d,环境条件变化影响孵化率;幼虫世代重叠,历期约990~1350d,7~9龄,7龄幼虫化蛹产生雄虫,9龄幼虫化蛹产生雌虫,8龄幼虫化蛹可产生雌、雄成虫;老熟幼虫在4月底至5月初化蛹,蛹期35~41d;成虫6月下旬至7月上旬羽化,寿命3~8d,雄雌性比为1.5∶1,每雌平均产卵量768±206粒。
Thitarodes pui is one of the host insect species of Ophiocordyceps sinensis, distributed in alpine shrub meadow and alpine meadow at 4100 ~ 4650m above sea level in Sejila Mountain, Tibet. Using the combination of field investigation and artificial feeding, the biology of H. parva was studied. The results showed that the development of the genus Hyphantria cunea requires 3 to 4 years of life about 1095 to 1460 days. The eggs were aged from 41 to 47 days, and the changes of environmental conditions affected the hatching rate. The larvae overlapped and lasted for generations ranging from 990 to 1350 days and from 7 to 9 years old. The larvae of the 7th instar larvae produced pupae, the larvae of the 9th instar larvae produced pupae, Larvae pupation can produce female and male adults; mature larvae in late April to early May pupation, pupal stage 35 ~ 41d; adults from late June to early July emergence, life expectancy 3 ~ 8d, the ratio of male to female 1.5: 1 The average fecundity per female was 768 ± 206 grains.
