目的探讨壁挂式空气消毒机在母婴同室院感管理中的应用。方法分析2012年在母婴同室使用壁挂式空气消毒机的相关院感监测指标,和2011年未使用壁挂式空气消毒机的作对比,分别对母婴同室空气培养超标率、剖宫产伤口感染率和新生儿脐带感染转科率进行比较。结果使用壁挂空气消毒机后空气培养超标率、剖宫产术后感染率、新生儿脐带感染转科率明显降低。结论在母婴同室病房使用壁挂式空气消毒机,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of wall-mounted air disinfection machine in the management of maternal and infant room. Methods Analyzed the related monitoring indicators of wall-mounted air disinfection machine in maternal and infant same room in 2012 and compared with the wall-mounted air disinfection machine in 2011, respectively, the rate of over-standard air-maternal room infection, cesarean section wound infection Rates and rates of neonatal umbilical cord infection were compared. Results After using wall-mounted air sterilizer, the rate of over-standard air culture, post-cesarean section infection rate and neonatal umbilical cord infection rate were significantly decreased. Conclusion The use of wall-mounted air disinfection machines in maternity wards is worth promoting.
